Swissotel Sanya Yalong Bay, Sanya

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, which offers a luxurious experience with great facilities, very clean and spacious rooms, and a variety of dining options. However, the breakfast service could be more organized, and the pool was quite cold. Overall, it's a nice place for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful beach.

Overall, my stay at the resort was quite pleasant. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away through a private path, which is absolutely beautiful. The staff were attentive and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options. However, the pool areas were quite crowded, and it was challenging to find available deck chairs as the beach area seemed a bit small for the number of guests. The value for money is decent, but the limited sunbathing spots can be a downside.

We had a lovely stay at Crowne Plaza where the service was top-notch, and our upgraded room overlooking the pool was simply beautiful. The dining experience was enjoyable and definitely worth trying, especially the spa nearby. However, there was some noise from a nearby shopping area and it was a little far from the city center, which might be inconvenient for some.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, which I appreciated. However, the dining options were quite poor, and the crowded private beach was disappointing. I also experienced some billing issues at check-out, which left a bad taste. Given the experience, I might opt for other hotels next time I visit the area.
